Nigeria's father of Electricity, Engr. Clement Onyemelukwe will be 'traditionally' laid to rest on December 26, 2024 in Nanka, Anambra state. Onyemelukwe died in 2020 during (Covid 19) in his U.S residence. It stopped his traditional burial.

Clement Onyemelukwe is reputed as the “Father of Electricity” in Nigeria. A renowned Engineer he was. Clem, as fondly called during his school days at DMGS Onitsha. He graduated in 1950 as one of the best students in his set. He was in Howells house. Lux fiat, brother 🤍
