There are 1000s of FMGs whose future is uncertain due to the National Medical Commission rule regarding transfer(FMGL 21). These students are stuck between a rock and a hard place, as they're in a WAR zone in Ukraine and can't go back to continue their studies or even take a transfer due to rule.
