I am yet to meet someone who.doesnt think that we should be fully assisting those effected immediately & then looking at who needs to pay up. The only reason you wouldn't do that would be if things have been said behind closed doors. #claddingscandal

More homes will mean things like this and, perhaps even worse, 6.2sqm HMO rooms will not be able to compete in the market. Allowing HMOs to return in many cases to family homes - creating more mixed communities.
