Streeting throws away money on expanding physician associate numbers, expensive management consultants and outsourcing care to profiteering private providers. We have the money. This is a political decision to devalue public sector workers and dismantle the health service.

I had the loveliest elderly patient today. In so much pain & the GP couldn't see him for 2 weeks. He told me about how the GP used to have time to see & listen to patients. Now he just feels like a number in a system that wants him to die. I almost cried. Things need to change.

This is crazy. We have let down a whole generation of junior doctors who are leaving the country and replacing them by individuals with no medical training ... what could possibly go wrong😳

I've noticed more and more of my patients coming to A&E having been sent by the 'GP'... Only to find that they weren't seen by a GP at all. And for something that would have been sorted by a GP. I get that we're a safety net but it's an inefficiency Wes Streeting should look at.

Dear Wes Streeting , This is vital. Please address this situation as a matter of urgency. Strikes are symptoms of frustration in the workplace.

But will Wes Streeting address the salary difference probably not as he will need to raise the doctors salary or reduce the new doctor assistance salary.
