Does anyone own an iPhone and use HomePods with Google Fiber? Streaming music only works 5% of the time. Apple support has been zero help.

Anyone else have Google fiber as well as HomePods? I can never connect to mine. It’s always on a a different band switching between 2.4 and 5 GHz. I get a slash mark through the Wi-Fi icon in the Home app for the HomePod.
