Мне кажется или чел уровня сеньор(по заявлениям) должен уметь засетапить локальный домен для работы с приложением?) - сделать nginx конфиг - добавить 127.0.0.1 domain.local в /etc/hosts а если уж совсем прошареный, то и уметь поставить mkcert, чтоб был локально валидный SSL
