First 'Grip and Grins' in the new job!

Today I had the honour of passing the Officer Initial Course (OIC) at RAFC Cranwell alongside a fantastic group of people. Bye-bye white stripes! #WhatWeDo RAF Air Cadets @hbwaircadets

Tonight I acted as chair of a promotion board, alongside the Wing Warrant Officer & his deputy. Congratulations to Sgt Salter of @955SqnATC & Sgt Penstone-Smith of 1166 (Welwyn Garden City) Sqn who have both been recommended for promotion to Flight Sergeant.

Great to see the H&B Wg Trg Off, Sqn Ldr Adrian Jones, at this evening's Squadron Awards and Enrollment Ceremony. Had to get a pic alongside the two preceding Sqn OCs! @hbwaircadets

This evening I was proud to accompany four cadets to collect the award presented by Royal British Legion. Super proud to be their OC. The cadets as a whole looked great on Remembrance Day following their hard work to refine their drill, dress and discipline. Well done to all!
