the moment someone cheats on you, i think you should leave. questioning if they ever loved you or not is irrelevant in the end bc their act of cheating showed you one thing for certain. that no matter how much they love you, their impulse to cheat is stronger than their love.

May you attract someone who's as deep, passionate, sexual, soulful and spiritual as you. Someone who wants to evolve with you, not only in this dimension but every level up.

When someone shows you their true colors, believe them the first time. See the good in them without ignoring the red flags. Let them be themselves without trying to change or "fix" them. Let your boundaries, their vibe, and their reciprocity tell you how much access to give them.

To everyone carrying a heavy heart in silent. Breathe and remember that you've been in this place before. You've been this uncomfortable, anxious, scared, and you've survived. You'll survive this too. You'll be okay. Actually, it's going to turn out better than okay. You'll see.

I recently found out that people living with ADHD do not miss people. For them, it is "out of sight, out of mind" . If you are not physically there, you don't "exist". This has really messed up a lot of relationships..
