My life in a photo is this. So many things feel impossible for me due to OCD and I hate the constant stress of how I will get them done. Things that should be so easy can sometimes take me months if not longer. I hate it so much

Obsessively OCD Same happens to me.. I’ll have brief periods of “come on, man, you know this is ridiculous”, and I’ll feel glimpses of the old me, but then quickly fall back to checking that I’m still breathing.. OCD is hideous in every sense of the word

I don’t ever really get panic attacks. Just an ongoing state of dread.
