Great to see this happening so much earlier this year, but does anyone know why other cities can get away with on-street patios without having to surround them with those ugly orange delineators?

I don't get why Mayor Olivia Chow doesn't revert to the original plan for King? Staff recommended stricter rules against vehicle through traffic originally, it was only political will that blocked it. Why is the only thing being looked at now guidance/enforcement of current state?

So it seems that Toronto police ticket pedestrians for crossing against the signal, including during the countdown, about five-six times as often as they ticket drivers for blocking the box
