While addressing the African Union Members of the C-10 today, Pres. Yoweri K Museveni noted that Africa’s absence as a Permanent Member of the UNSC is responsible for United Nations unnecessary attacks that killed Patrice Lumumba & Gadafi (Congo & Libya) thus the membership is long overdue.
