Hello MTN Nigeria Support MTN Nigeria, my 5G has not had Internet for about a week. I have chatted with 4 reps via your WhatsApp support. All of them kept sending random responses like robots and closed the tickets without checking if the issue had been resolved. Is this how bad things have gone?
