It is with great sadness that we are having to say goodbye to Angela tomorrow. We have truly valued her time with us, her cakes are amazing and I forecast that Ray's waistline may expand a little with her being home and cooking. God Bless Angie, we will miss you.

Virginia popped in to thank the Oasis Project for being there when she needed to talk to someone. The cookery course gave her focus and got her going again. She was on anti-depressants and she no longer needs them.

Getting ready for the Super Hero's party at Methodist Central Hall next week. Our Open the Book breakfast made costumes and Super Ted scones.

Dancing in the street was followed by cakes at the Stonehouse Action Street party in September. The golden days of the Indian Summer were good to us.

‘Art in the Cafe’ got off to a good start this week, with students warming up with colourful, circular pastel drawings.

Congratulations to the six people who completed their Food Safety course with me on Thursday. On the same day we had a routine inspection from EHO and scored a five for both Oasis and Plymouth Foodbank. Well done to all
