Personally, I think social distancing/isolation is misleading. Think Physical Distancing Instead! It's so important right now to check in with lonely, vulnerable or isolated members of family and society But by Phone, E-mail, Skype, SMS, Facebook etc

I can relate to this - I’ve had days where I’ve felt like this too. When everything we do and all that we are exposed to at work is the horrible things that people do; theft/burglary, violence, drugs etc, it’s sometimes too easy to forget the good massively outweighs the bad.
