In 2024 we launched the first Nature Prescription for North Yorkshire. Harnessing nature to boost people’s health. We’ve trained GPs and social prescribers across 30+ surgeries and 7 primary care networks and distributed over 1,700 prescription calendars. #SocialPrescribingDay
