This is a! amazing win, & despite Uber’s spin, it doesn’t settle the issue of misclassification in NY State! It does not prevent private enforcement or state leg action or fed action. Further they are forced to act like an employer wrt unemployment insurance. Thank you NY Taxi Workers!
