10am Radar Update: A narrow band of heavy rainfall has remained nearly stationary over a portion of Galveston Island near Moody Gardens producing 2-4+ inches of rain. An additional 1-3” will be possible leading to localized flooding particularly in areas of poor drainage. #HOUwx
