What we do: Safe Staffing reporting (1) Following the Francis report in 2013 and Hard Truths in 2014 Acute Hospital NHS Trusts have been required to publish ward level information of average planned vs actual staffing levels on a monthly basis #safestaffing #patientsafety

What we do: Safe Staffing reporting (2) to identify if they are meeting their requirements and measure safety. April 2018 Care Hours per Patient Day (CHPPD) was added as a method of providing a single consistent way of recording/reporting staff deployment on inpatient ward/units

2 of 3 What is job matching? This is the process by which jobs are matched against nationally evaluated job profiles. Most jobs can be matched to national job profiles & shouldn't require development of new profiles unless there is an industry-wide shift in professional roles.
