Sometimes I sit down & realize how much I have on my plate compared to others & I feel so proud of myself because of how much I accomplish. It’s crazy how strong I am & sometimes I doubt my own strength for no reason.

Focus on the step in front of you, not the whole staircase.

Your only limit is your mind
