60 years ago, Lady Mairi won the famous Ascot Gold Cup with Fighting Charlie- a horse named after Charles Stewart, the 3rd Marquess of Londonderry. Fighting Charlie went on to win the Gold Cup again in 1966. Both cups are on display in the silver collection!
