Human Rights Watch has said Israel is carrying out Crimes Against Humanity in Gaza. Our Government needs to take action to stop this. It must impose sanctions on Israel - sanctions to stop arms sales, sanctions on Israeli officials and sanctions on trade with Israel.

On #UK award to #Bahrain king: Throughout his rule, scores of Bahrainis have been arbitrarily detained and tortured, and some even been killed for exercising their rights to speech. It’s a disgrace that he's been granted this award while many still remain wrongfully detained.

Wild that humanitarians in Gaza have to beg journalists to tell the truth. Jan Egeland: I’m amazed how journalists take one party in a very dirty war as a good source…There is a reason Israel is denying independent journalism in the world access to Gaza…We who are there

Russia recently introduced a law banning positive portrayals of childlessness. "Teaching fear of childlessness" sounds like it is taken from the same playbook.

Pretty sure if I ran a business and took out massive loans to pay myself and my collaborators huge dividends, while running it into the ground and amassing unsustainable debt, I would be seeing the inside of a prison cell rather than entertaining the idea of a govt bailout.

Strange how the coverage of farmers protesting and clogging up our streets appears to generate none of the hand-wringing anguish generated by pro-palestine supporters or environmentalists? It is almost as though news outlets are politically motivated in how they cover protests.
