During Congress Era in 2013, Crude oil price was $104 & Petrol was ₹70. Today Crude oil is at $30 but petrol price is ₹74. Modi Govt has not passed on the benefit of this steep fall to masses & has hiked the excise duty on Petrol & Diesel by ₹3 #TheGreatBJPLoot
