As we celebrate this year's heroes day as Kabale District Local Government we celebrate President Yoweri K Museveni & Office of The UPDF Chief of Defence Forces Muhoozi Kainerugaba for having helped in the reopening of the Katuna-Gatuna border .Even though business is not booming much but now there is hope that it wld .
