What a blast it was coaching this kid! We changed the offense, played more UC and placed an emphasis on our play pass and movement pass game. He didn’t question one thing and trusted in the process and the scheme from day 1!

A very underrated skill at the QB position (IMO) is to play the position from UC. The ability to master the footwork, turn your back to the DEF, make the correct read, and deliver an accurate ball ON TIME is something Nic did very well for us each week.
