Okay so here are the rules, if you want to vote for a stat, e.g. +1 LB then it will appear for yourself only in grey. If enough people vote for the same change then everybody will see it in blue.

I know it's confusing but, if there is a vote for (+1) that you don't agree with, vote (+0) NOT (-1)
