Based on an updated recommendation from the Emergency Management Office, Charles P. Allen High School will remain closed tomorrow Tuesday, May 30.

Evacuation Centres: two evacuation centres are open for residents dealing with power outages & flooding. The Beaver Bank Community Centre (1583 Beaver Bank Road, Beaver Bank) & East Dartmouth Community Centre (50 Caledonia Road, Dartmouth) will remain open until further notice.

#HFXTraffic: the Bedford Bypass / Mag Hill is shut down to all traffic at this time starting at Akerley all the way to Sackville, motorists from Dartmouth are being rerouted out HWY118. Reports indicate there’s some concern over the Rocky Lake overpass.
