There is a level of thinking I’m really coming out of and maaaan I be surprising myself. There are some things I can no longer allow in my life. Not even from myself.

Had a win in the Therapy Room today that almost had me in tears. We growing!!

Sometimes healing hurts too… cause you learn who won’t be there when you’re better because they couldn’t respect you when you were down… you’d be surprised how many people feel entitled to your energy.
