Last week, North Wales Unpaid Work were winners of an FAW Grassroots Award due to the work the Service gives to Football Teams along the north Wales coast. We now have to wait to see if we are successful to reach the National Final in Cardiff.

On Sunday morning Denbighshire #CommunityPayback team cleared up litter from The Square at Kinmel Bay. Storms Isha and Jocelyn had tipped over household recycling bins spilling rubbish into the community garden.

As part of yesterday's day of action #CommunityPayback worked with Denbighshire County Council Recycling Advisor covering streets and alleyways of Rhyl West Parade. From litter picking these areas we collected around 20 bags of litter.

#CommunityPayback have today been mowing the grounds of St Digain's Church, Llangernyw which is home to the oldest living tree in Wales, and one of the oldest living things in the world. It's estimated age is over 4,000 years.
