Didn’t immediately realized it but it is Francis Huang that wrote this incredibly helpful and practical paper that walks you through long-held myths about multilevel modelling—a paper I read and referred to a lot during my PhD.🤯

Every time I stumble upon papers from authors from the University of Tubingen and Leibniz Institute for Science and Mathematics Education, both in Germany, it is mind-blowing. This is great quantitative science right here. These Lüdtke papers, man. Their bar is on another level.

We ran correlations with the strength of the moderating role of parental support on country-level collectivism and found a positive association from .35 to .51 (see below). Parental support effects on mindset-outcomes link is notable in collective contexts.💭
