I have written to the Secretary of State for DCMS questioning the BBC’s disgraceful decision to platform the discredited ‘journalist’ Kelvin MacKenzie in a discussion on ethical journalism.

It’s a disgrace that Mandelson was allowed to quietly resign yesterday. Far more action should have been taken by the government, especially as more corrupt & unlawful conduct keeps being revealed. It’s over for him. Labour needs to do the right thing & strip him of his peerage.
