Our U14 Hockey squad had their first game of the league against Sutton High 🏑 The squad faced some new changes moving up into the U14 league, with more players and playing on a full-size Hockey Pitch 🤩 It was a great first match from the team with lots of positive take-aways 🙌🏻

🔔 SUTTON BOROUGH CROSS XC RESULTS 🔔 Year 7 - 1st place 🥇 Year 8/9 - 2nd place 🥈 Year 10/11 - 2nd place 🥈 Sophie (Year 12.2) - 1st place 🥇 *Drumroll please* Nonsuch were the OVERALL SUTTON BOROUGH CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONS 🤩🥇🏆🙌🏻 Congratulations 🥳💙

Our gymnastics squads had their first competition of the year before half-term! The students were representing Nonsuch at the Surrey School’s Tumbling Competition 🤸🏼‍♂️ Both squads performed lovely tumbling sequences throughout the day! Our U13s placed 7th and our U19s placed 4th 🤩

Our U12s had their first hockey matches of the season and what a great start they had 😃 Both teams won their games against Sutton High, 5-0 and 5-2 🙌🏻 Our POMs were Ella and Georgia ⭐️ Well done! It was lovely to see both teams putting all of their hard work into action! 💙

Our Year 7 hockey matches were swiftly followed by our Year 8s, who also played Sutton High 🏑 The teams worked really hard and put in some great performances! POMs were awarded to Eirin for 2 amazing goals and Posi for fantastic defending ⭐️ Congratulations to you both 🥳

It was great to see our U13 football squad competing in the Sutton United tournament last week ⚽️ Both teams worked well together; demonstrating good agility, speed and co-ordination with the ball 🙌🏻 It was lovely to see the students cheering each-other on 💙

Nonsuch’s first netball match took place last week, of which it was our U15 squad kicking off the netball season 🏐 It was a tight game against Ewell Castle and in the end, the squad drew 6-6 which was a strong finish 🙌🏻 Well done to Dharshni who was selected as POM ⭐️

Our Year 7 squads were back in action playing Tiffin Girls’ Sport on Wednesday! They were really enjoyable matches to watch with both schools demonstrating great attacking plays 👍🏻 The first team drew 0-0 and second team lost 5-2! POMs were Mia and Alisha ⭐️ Well done 👏🏻

Nonsuch hosted their first triangular indoor cricket competition, on Wednesday, against Sutton High and Ewell Castle 🏏 Each school won a match with Ewell Castle being the overall winners! Our POM was Anjini who got 3 wickets in the last over ⭐️🥳

The U19 and U15 gymnastics teams travelled to St Catherine’s School in Bramley to participate in the Surrey Schools’ floor and vault competitions! Nonsuch was the only state school at the event! The two squads performed really well, with both teams finishing in 5th position 🙌🏻💙

It was great to see our U14 Hockey squad back on the pitch playing their 2nd match of the term against StTsSport 🏑 They lost 3-0 but put in a sterling effort and did not give up 🙌🏻 POM was awarded to Imara who had a dynamic, attacking presence on the field ⭐️ Well done!

Our U14 football squad played Glenthorne yesterday ⚽️ The match ended 8-3 to Glenthorne. Our amazing 3 goals were scored by Manali, Maria and Yi Xin, with Manali selected as POM by Glenthorne ⭐️ It’s been great to see so many of our students inspired after the @lionesses win 🤩

Our U15 Cricket team played Sutton and Ewell Castle in their indoor cricket competition! Lots of wickets were taken and runs scored! They lost to Sutton and beat Ewell, narrowly missing out on progressing through to the next round of the competition 🏏 Our POM was Gunreet ⭐️

Another day, another U13 fixture! Today the squads played Croydon who were tough competition! Sadly it wasn’t our day but the students worked well as a team to get the ball down the pitch 😃🏑 POMs were awarded to Matylda and Tanishka ⭐️ Well done to you both 💙
