This was my first attempt at #moroccancuisine in the form of chicken #tagine with preserved lemon, cracked green olives, saffron, Asian Tempest garlic (from Columbia Farmers Market market) and thyme. I serve this #Moroccan dish with plain, buttery couscous or warm naan.
