Highly recommended the #UntoldBreakingPoint Netflix documentary on Mardy Fish. He has a beautiful, gut wrenching story regarding mental health that deserves to be shared with the masses.

Hospital held a “employee appreciation event” tonight in which top hospital administrators were handing out free t shirts. I went to get one and the VP of Finance said my name wasn’t on the list to receive one. So I just left. T shirtless. Shattered.

This is absurd. I made an appt with a specialist 6 months ago. They call a few days before the appt to cancel due to doctor’s schedule. Guess when the next available appt is? 5 months from now. Great system we have here 🥲

Mental health is driving to Panera for a smoothie and then crying a little when they tell you they aren’t making smoothies right now.

Today I didn’t remember to eat lunch or drink the coffee I brought to work. That’s starting a new job in a new speciality in a new city for ya.

Is it normal any as a female wanting a baby someday to just have a constant fear of the possibility of infertility Like you have no true idea if you are until you start trying and I’ve spent so many years actively NOT trying

Emergency department billed me for vitals and the 30 seconds I spent with triage nurse. I left the waiting room after never being called back after ~6 hour wait. Is this normal? Never examined or spoke to by a provider. Insurance covered $1210 and I am left with $150 bill.
