We know that it is no coincidence that the The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill power plant is located in a historically black community. The fact that they still burn coal, shows they don't care about our flood vulnerable communities down east and low-income communities everywhere.

This is a good sign that the judge does agree that The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Kevin Guskiewicz can get away with continuing to pollute the community. It is time for the university to transition off coal.
