We saw record and near-record water levels on Tuesday. Our Portland, Maine station reached 3.93 feet above Mean Higher High Water, exceeding the previous record from '78. In Philadelphia, water levels even surpassed those from Hurricane Sandy: tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/inundationdb/
