Attn Cape Cod Bay boaters: Massachusetts Dept. of Fish & Game’s MA Division of Marine Fisheries extended small vessel speed restriction through May 15: shorturl.at/8gfbp. Vessels less than 65ft must travel less than 10 knots. Pls report right whale sightings thru Whale Alert app: bit.ly/1up4zGF.
