I would highly advise people to avoid shopping with Boots Any item damaged or stolen during transit via Online customer service will not be refunded and the only person who loses is you the customer!! #theft #boots #royalmail #poorcustomerservice

When your item gets delivered like this from Boots and there is not even a single item in the box out of £150 worth of items and Boots refuse to refund you, I think it’s a company best avoided! Same goes for @RoyalMailHelp who delivered the box!

Wow! Boots still emailing me saying they completed their obligation by posting the box. Now not their problem. If the items were stolen from my property(????) I should call the police!?What part of @RoyalMailHelp delivered a box that was empty do Boots not comprehend?

complaint and given a ref no. which I’ve forwarded to Boots, they’ve not acknowledged this. Online customer service are sending a letter I can forward to Boots in an attempt to assist in me getting a refund. I have always used Boots but this is awful service. 2/2

I’ve been told that Boots was on BBC Panorama recently for problems undelivered goods. Looks like I’m getting first hand experience. @RoyalMailHelp have gone above and beyond to attempt to help me despite their contract not even being with me.

Fuming, Boots still refusing to refund £150 of my points or send my items again! @RoyalMailHelp have actually apologised to me and opened a complaint but as the sender, Boots have to claim. Ordered just after Xmas, received a completely empty damaged box 1st week of Jan!

The only shopping I will ever do at Boots again is to spend remaining points. Been a customer since I was old enough to shop and always had a positive experience. Purposely shopped there to build points to treat myself despite paying a bit more. Never again!

I highly recommend that if you do shop online with Boots you make sure the parcel is delivered in store. Do not leave without checking everything is in the box, because my experience shows you will not receive a refund!!

Even now! Despite Boots being the ones refusing my refund or to send out my items again, it’s @RoyalMailHelp reaching out again in the last few minutes to attempt to help me. All I’ve had from Boots is a flat refusal to give my items or a refund!

Its_Just_Me (@no1_or_anyone) 's Twitter Profile Photo

As Boots apparently sent the parcel out, that’s all they can do! If it arrives damaged and completely empty, that’s my problem! They won’t do anything about it! Even though they are the ones with insurance! #badservice #boycottbootsuk

. Boots refusing to refund me, even though this is what was delivered, battered and empty! @RoyalMailHelp can only sort a claim with the sender.. Boots

So as long as I receive my completely empty and damaged box, Boots have delivered and that’s now my problem. No help, no good customer service, just generic emails.

The Boots issue is not just me. Found this post in fb.. Please do not order from Boots.com There are multiple instances of orders being marked dispatched, only for intact and undamaged packages to arrive missing multi items. Boots then "investigate" and delay..

Its_Just_Me (@no1_or_anyone) 's Twitter Profile Photo

.. for up to three weeks, before sending a cut and past response where they claim to have "looked into this for you and have been notified that our Boots operations team has completed their investigation. They're confident that the order was packed.. Boots

Its_Just_Me (@no1_or_anyone) 's Twitter Profile Photo

..and delivered correctly, therefore the return request has been declined." Boots withhold then insist they "can advise that this has been thoroughly investigated and this decision is final." Look at the comments here. Look at Boots' TrustPilot reviews. The problem Boots

Its_Just_Me (@no1_or_anyone) 's Twitter Profile Photo

.. is bad enough that Boots ended up on BBC Watchdog due to their "mishandling" (read: outright theft) of customer returns and online ordering. Boots is a dishonest and untrustworthy company. Do not give them your money. Boots
