Seeing gym January effect for real. Weekend mornings, weekday evenings classes are SO full. 40 pax w/ waiting list. Especially Hyrox classes = insane amount of ppl, now that we are 2 months away from the race.

Things didn’t turn out how I expected it to. So I suggested booking a trip to look forward to instead. After CrossFit & Hyrox race stuff done. April it is for travel🙃

Saw this reel that a woman said I’m 36 with 2 kids & full-time job & I realized I don’t have hobbies. I just need to lie down when I have free time. Exhausted all the time. I guess it’s normal. But I’m so happy I don’t have that kinda life.

Talked to a 30-year-old spin coach who is also a mom of a 2-year-old. She leads spin 4 classes a week. Said it’s the time she needs to just leave her kid and do something for herself. ฟังแล้วชอบ ไม่รู้ทำไม

Almost 40 and now we start hearing friends getting divorce or separated. There were times when it was all about people getting married. When I tell dad, he once said, at his age it’s all about friends’ funerals.
