Today, 2/16, train service is operating on an enhanced Portal Cutover weekend schedule. There is no cross-honoring to NYC from Hoboken today because trains are operating in/out of NYC as scheduled on the current weekend/holiday schedule. Details at njtransit.com/portalcutover

🚨 Tomorrow will be the first rush hour under the Portal Cutover weekday schedule. The first week of any schedule change brings operational challenges. With a service shift of this scale, expect longer waits and heavy crowding — especially during the first few days and even if

⚠️ Tomorrow also marks the start of service changes on the Atlantic City Line. Buses will replace train service between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM. If you’re traveling during those hours, review the alternate service plan before heading out.

🛎️Montclair-Boonton, Gladstone Branch & Morristown Line customers From what I observed this AM, NY Waterway Ferries from Hoboken are a very good option. There was room onboard, & they provide a quick trip to Midtown (39th St), where you can connect with their shuttles.
