Anyone who believes that its Ukraine that struck the centre of Sevastopol, is deluded. Ukraine has no military, intelligence or technological capacity to do any of the above. This is a British / French missile, with American intel / targeting killing Russians.

In conflict, civilians always pay the highest price. War is not the answer. We need peace. Now.
