After two weekends at Philly HS and seeing him in the P-W Summer League, my vote for the most improved 2022 in the Philadelphia area is 6-2 1/2G Nix Varano, LaSalle College High. Has earned D1 attention. Terrific shotmaker. Philly Pride Gold La Salle Sports

2022 G Nix Varano avg. 12.8 ppg this season. The 6-foot-3 La Salle Sports guard drilled 37 three-pointers, tied for 3rd in the Philadelphia Catholic League, and shot 39.4 percent from behind the arc. Terrific shooter but has improved off the bounce and can rebound. Good prospect
