Momentum towards a UK assisted dying law for terminally ill, mentally competent adults has grown rapidly in recent months, with a growing expectation that there will be a significant breakthrough in the next Parliament.

A long time ago, in a lifeboat station far far away.... The alert for this rescue was made with good intention. If you spot a person in trouble in the water, call 999 and ask for the coastguard. Help save a life, you might! Craster lifeboat Station #MayTheFourthBeWithYou #StarWarsDay

This Friday, MPs will vote on the assisted dying Bill. It all comes down to this - Tag your MP and ask them to vote yes. If it passes, the Bill continues its journey in the House of Lords - if not, it falls. This could be our last chance to secure a compassionate law.
