Seen on another veterans page this is the legal firm employed to fight war pension claim at upper tribunals in Scotland , the claims system that requires no legal representation!!! This also costs £3-5k per upper tribunal!!!

Exactly what the APPG for Veterans and Owen Thompson MP 🎗 James Sunderland MP Stephanie Peacock did not do , never acted independently and were bullied by Rt Hon Johnny Mercer and Rt Hon Andrew Murrison VR MP .

Any other war disablement veterans had a % say 50%
And then had injuries accepted at 6-14% each x2 yet remained on 50% , can this be correct or explained ?

Updates on these changes please as I have em the same medical advisors declined the same claim 4 times over 7 years and then when the tribunal awarded the injuries the same staff awarded 0% war pension .
