Dr Shariq Shamim In such poor LV pts, I simultaneously monitor Ao and PA pressures. If SBP is more than double the PASP, I m comfortable. Whenever gap between the SBP and PASP traces start to narrow, I pause, give Intra Pul NTG 100ucg, & Sytemic NE. Once the gap widens, I resume the case.
