Disappointed with HDFC Bank service. Despite repeated follow-ups over months with your Breach Candy branch (Ms. Husna, CC dept), no response on my credit card upgrade request. Prior mishandling even affected my CIBIL score. Is this how you treat loyal clients? HDFC Bank
