Booked tickets for All We Imagine as Light by Payal Kapadia at P V R C i n e m a s , DLF Promenade, only to find the stair lift broken. How can PVR sell “wheelchair accessible” tickets without ensuring access? Do they expect my wheelchair to fly up steps?
