HMP Magilligan Governor Gary Milling has congratulated Senior Officer Colin Rice on receiving a ‘Certificate of Recognition’ from the Butler Trust which recognises his excellent work in supporting prisoners. It was one of 30 awarded from a list of 400 nominations. Well done.
