Today, Narendra Modi is coming to Bengal to inaugurate the Green, Yellow & Orange lines of Metro Railway Kolkata - projects that were sanctioned in Mamata Banerjee’s Railway Budget of 2010-11 - and to falsely claim credit for them. WB CM will not attend this programme for 3 reasons:
