Smallholder farming should indeed become agribusiness. Support is needed by training them & supplying them with good seeds. That's what NIGI Uganda , ISSD Uganda , Wageningen Centre for Development Innovation , East-West Seed & NLAgri_Uganda&Rwanda have been doing in Lira, Gulu & West Nile for thousands of smallholders!
