Is Decisive Strike currently underused? Absolutely not. In my recent matches, Decisive was the 10th most popular perk, making it more popular than the other 127 perks. DS is only unpopular in some MMR ranges or when compared to before, but it's far from being super unpopular.

⚠️8.6.1 can cause custom icons to display a missing texture icon. It seems that you can temporarily sort it by clicking on one of the affected icons. Hopefully Dead by Daylight will provide a proper fix for this soon (as well as one for the broken power icons).
